ABOUT MATTEO
Born and raised in Colleferro, a charming town just outside Rome, Matteo grew up surrounded by the aromas and traditions of Italian cooking. Following in his grandfather’s footsteps, he discovered early on that hospitality wasn’t just a profession, it was in his blood.
Every summer, Matteo crossed the Atlantic to spend time in the United States, learning from his uncle’s restaurants. Those experiences opened his eyes to the energy of international kitchens and the joy of sharing food that tells a story.
